Invisible Cities: Thumbnails (Part 17; Complete)
As I prepare to do my final paintings, I wanted to get a basic idea of what my colour palette would look like, so I experimented by colouring on top of the previous thumbnails. As I still want to achieve the hazy, nostalgic feeling alongside the sunset/dusk setting, I decided to go for a bright but soft palette that incorporates all of the golds and bronzes that I looked at. In the final paintings, I will likely change the palette to include finer details and I have to make sure I include the crystals and leads also mentioned in the excerpt.
