What If Metropolis: Thumbnails (Part 1)

For my first set of thumbnails, I used some of the pictures on my influence map to create shapes with the polygonal lasso tool and shaded them with shades of grey and black. I then compiled some of these shapes into city-like pictures to get basic ideas of some shapes I wanted to expand on and then made building shapes out of that. These are the initial shapes I used: 

I plan on exploring vegetation and more building shapes next.
