The next stage of the body modelling involved creating the arm. I had to first extrude into what I already had of the 'arm' shape to preserve the sleeve-like shape I already had following the previous tutorial, and then extruded out of that to create the actual arm itself.
After this, I extruded into the neckline of the shirt and the bottom hem to hold the shape a bit better.
